DOG LICENSES/TAGS: ALL dog owners (this includes both property owners and renters) living within
the Town of York are required to obtain a current year dog license. This applies to dogs 5 months of age
or older, both house dogs and outside dogs. Unlicensed and untagged dogs will be picked up for
disposal if running loose and at large. When applying for a dog license, you must provide a current
rabies certificate per State law. Please contact the Clerk/Treasurer if you have any questions about dog
